2011 Theme: 100 Years of Naval Aviation

The 2011 show was at the spectacular Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum in McMinnville Oregon. The 2011 show theme celebrated 100 Years of Naval Aviation (1911 to 2011). This coincided with special displays at the museum celebrating the centenial of US Naval Aviation. We also had several Special Awards coinciding with the theme.

The 2011 show was the IPMS Region 7 Regional Convention and we had 472 models entered by 113 entrants from 3 different states (Washington, Oregon, and California.

We had all 24 vendor tables sold. See the Vendor page for more information on how to sign up for our 2012 show. Again the raffle was a huge success with many great kits available for people to win.

Again this year we had a free MakeNTake event for younger modelers. We had nearly 60 youth build a variety of models during the MakeNTake from 10:00 am until 3:00 pm.

I will soon be posting the results from the show on the webpage as soon as I can catch up with the data entry.
